Resilience in Mission
People who choose to work in Mission, Aid & Development or church ministry have strong values. However, their chosen roles usually involve a lifestyle with unique challenges and often some sacrifice.
We are Christian psychologists and counsellors who understand the rewards, the pressures and the complexities. Many of us have been in mission or ministry ourselves. We are a network of experienced professionals who assist people to make wise choices, know themselves, their strengths and their needs and be equipped to go the distance and to grow in effectiveness.
We work with agencies and churches who send people overseas, with church denominations who are selecting ministers and pastors and with churches and aid agencies here in NZ who want to choose staff who will fit their needs. We also consult with individuals and families who want to know themselves and prepare themselves for new challenges, especially involving transition, ministry and not-for profit work.
Since the 1980s we have provided a range of services including psychological and personality assessment to support individuals and their employers at all stages of employment, posting or ministry.
We are located in Auckland, Palmerston North, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin and can also consult by phone or skype. Please contact us for more information.
